Talent Solutions Partners collaborates with a premier hospital in Great Falls, MT to hire a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The role leads the perioperative team, ensures safe patient care, and coordinates with surgeons and anesthesia providers.

Qualifications include Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, CPAN/ASPAN desirable, and 2+ years in PACU, with BSN preferred. On-site position with varied shifts and strong teamwork focus.

Formación

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN in Montana or compact/endorsement.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; CPAN/ASPAN desired.
• Experience: minimum 2+ years in PACU.
• Preferred: prior Charge Nurse or leadership role.
• Knowledge: CPAN guidelines and perioperative principles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing and schedule changes.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia, and allied staff.
• Provide direction and mentorship to Pre-Op/PACU team.
