ExcelliSearch, Inc. is partnering with a premier Montana hospital to hire a Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit in Great Falls. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees patient flow and clinical operations in PACU and Pre-Op.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years PACU experience, Montana RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and preferred BSN or prior charge nurse experience. Expect varied shifts 6:00 AM–7:30 PM, with call rotation and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU nursing experience.
• Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Operative and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing, schedules and problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to CPAN/ASPAN guidelines and meticulous documentation.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia, and allied staff.
• Provide clinical direction and mentorship to the Pre-Op/PACU team.
