6 Degrees Search seeks a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, MT. You will lead the perioperative team, oversee patient flow, and collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires current Montana RN licensure, 2+ years PACU experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. BSN is preferred; CPAN/ASPAN knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with Montana RN licensure (or eligible for endorsement).
• Minimum 2+ years PACU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; CPAN/ASPN may be preferred.
• Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU areas.
• Act as primary shift leader, manage staffing and schedule adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor and surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff.
