Job summary

Accounting Search partners with a premier hospital in Great Falls, MT to hire a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). You will lead clinical operations, optimize patient flow, and ensure high safety standards on shift.

This on-site leadership role requires MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years PACU experience; BSN preferred. The team emphasizes teamwork, safety, mentorship, and continuous professional development.

Shifts run 6:00 AM–7:30 PM with varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Montana.
• BSN preferred; active CPAN/ASPAN knowledge a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU nursing experience; leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader, manage staffing and schedules.
• Ensure patient safety and documentation per CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
• Mentor Pre-Op/PACU staff and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia.
