Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join a perioperative leadership team in Great Falls. The role leads daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU, ensuring safety, timely care, and effective staffing.

The ideal candidate holds an active Montana RN license with 2+ years in PACU, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; CPAN/ASPAN certifications are highly desired. On-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license required
• 2+ years PACU nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• CPAN or ASPAN certifications highly desired
• Charge nurse or clinical leadership experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU areas.
• Serve as primary shift leader, assign staffing, adjust schedules, and solve daily operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor and surgeons/ anesthesia staff to maintain smooth perioperative operations.
• Provide clinical direction, mentorship, and support to Pre-Op/PACU team.
