Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Montana RN (or compact endorsement) active.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CPAN/ASPAN desired.
• Experience: 2+ years in PACU; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing assignments and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
