Job summary

United Future is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, Montana. You will lead the PACU and Pre-Operative areas, ensuring efficient patient flow and high safety standards with collaboration from surgeons and anesthesia teams.

Ideal candidates have PACU leadership experience, ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; CPAN/ASPAN certifications highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Operative and PACU.
• Plan, implement, and adjust staffing and surgical schedules; lead the shift.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN guidelines; maintain documentation.
