Top Echelon Software LLC is partnering with a premier Montana hospital to hire a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls. This on-site leadership role requires clinical excellence, strong mentoring, and the ability to optimize patient flow and safety.

The ideal candidate has an ADN (BSN preferred), active MT RN license, and 2+ years PACU experience, with CPAN/ASPAN familiarity; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in Montana with CPAN/ASPAN knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU nursing experience.
• Leadership experience as Charge Nurse or in a supervision role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU areas.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia providers and support staff.
• Provide clinical direction and mentorship to Pre-Op/PACU team.
