Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, MT. Lead the PACU and Pre-Op teams, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia staff in a collaborative perioperative environment.

Requires MT RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, 2+ years PACU experience, and leadership capability. CPAN/ASPAN certifications are highly desired. On-site role with varied shifts.

Competenze

• RN license in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• CPAN or ASPAN certifications are highly desired.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU nursing experience.
• Prefer previous Charge Nurse or clinical leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee and optimize patient flow between Pre-Op and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader; assign staff and adjust schedules.
• Ensure safety standards and CPAN/AP SAN documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, and anesthesia staff.
• Mentor and support Pre-Op/PACU nursing team.
