Elwyn is seeking a Team Leader for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). You will supervise the clinical and administrative functions of the team and work as a practicing clinician to monitor client care and treatment responses.

The role requires NC licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC) and 5+ years in leadership and adult mental health settings. Expect on-site duties with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NC as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• 5+ years of work experience with adults with mental health issues.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACT team as clinical and administrative supervisor.
• Supervise staff delivering clinical services to maintain high-quality care.
• Coordinate admissions, assessments, and Community Service Plans.
• Provide therapy using evidence-based practices and monitor client progress.
• Ensure EHR and billing/compliance align with program standards.
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
