Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Team Leader for the PACT program. The role combines clinical supervision with hands-on practice, overseeing the team’s daily operations, assessments, and treatment plans to ensure high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

Qualified candidates will hold a MA license (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) and have 5+ years in leadership and working with adults with mental health issues. A valid MA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in MA as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience with adults with mental health issues.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license in state of residence and driving record acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the PACT team and supervise staff.
• Lead daily organizational staff meetings and oversee Comprehensive Assessments and Community Service Plans.
• Coordinate admissions, ITT assignments, and ensure timely engagement of clients with treatment plans.
• Monitor client symptoms, adjust Community Service Plans as needed, and ensure safety.
