Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). You will assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to PACT clients in the community.

You will work under clinical supervision to lead nursing activities, coordinate care, monitor medications, and support clients and families in achieving recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years in leadership or management within behavioral healthcare.
• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Integrates the Prism Model for treatment of serious mental illness.
• Provides person-centered, trauma-informed care.
• Administers medications, coordinates pharmacologic treatment, and education.
