Job summary

Lifeline Connections is seeking a PACT Team Lead / Clinical Supervisor in Bellingham, WA to lead a self-contained clinical team serving individuals with serious mental illness. The role combines clinical practice with program oversight and community coordination to ensure high-quality services and seamless referrals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, WA MHP designation, and experience with ACT and psychosis-focused therapies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required.
• MHP designation and WA licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/LAAC) required.
• Experience with ACT model and CBT for psychosis preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and directs the PACT program, providing treatment, rehab, and support.
• Supervises multidisciplinary team and ensures 24/7 clinical coverage.
• Leads recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Provides direct clinical services up to ~8 hours per week.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and community resources for referrals and crisis planning.
