Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Lead Clinician for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). You will be a core team member providing assessment, planning, and coordination of treatment and rehabilitation services to clients in the community under supervision.

This role emphasizes evidence-based care and strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires MA licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) and 3+ years in leadership within behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• 3+ years in leadership/management in behavioral health preferred.
• Preference for candidates meeting cultural and linguistic needs of the geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Prism Model into treatment and intervention.
• Provide person-centered, trauma-informed care and support.
• Develop and implement Community Service Plans with ITT and clients.
