Job summary

Clinical & Support Options, Inc. (CSO) in Leominster, MA, is seeking a Supervising Clinician to join our PACT team. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care for adults with behavioral health disorders.

You will provide individual and group therapy, supervision to PACT staff, and leadership in crisis intervention and community-based services. A Clinical Master\'s degree and MA licensure eligibility are required, with valid driver\'s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Clinical Master\'s degree required.
• Eligible for MA licensure in appropriate discipline.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with adults and/or families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy and psychoeducation in office and community settings.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and clinical coaching to PACT Case Manager and Peer positions.
• Develop coverage plans for PACT caseload clinical support.
• Coordinate admissions to structured and safe environments as indicated.
• Lead substance abuse, rehabilitation and treatment groups.
