Job summary

Lifeline Connections in Vancouver, WA seeks a PACT Program Clinical Supervisor to lead an Assertive Community Treatment team, provide direct clinical services, and coordinate program operations.

The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, WA licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) preferred, and experience with ACT and empirically based therapies.

You will recruit, supervise staff, manage scheduling, engage with community partners, and ensure quality care for clients with severe mental illness.

Qualifications

• MHP required; master’s in nursing, social work, psychiatric rehab, or psychology preferred.
• Licensed in WA as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW preferred.
• Experience with severe mental illness and ACT model.
• Three+ years in diagnostic screening and assessment.
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary team.
• Valid WA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directs ACT program through supervision and admin duties.
• Oversees team scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Leads recruitment, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Provides direct services to clients ~8 hours per week.
• Develops treatment planning and integrated assessment.
• Builds community referrals and liaises with agencies.
• Coordinates crisis planning and supervision.
• Maintains crisis intervention knowledge.
• Travels municipally for community visits.
