Job summary

The Edinburg Center is seeking a PACT Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented, home- and community-based mental health services to adults with serious mental illness in and around Bedford, MA. Most work occurs in clients’ homes and local communities.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and license eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• At least one year of behavioral health experience required; two years preferred.
• Experience with adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, or complex behavioral health needs preferred.
• Clinical licensure or license eligibility preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual and group interventions.
• Develop individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, assertive outreach, and support to prevent hospitalization when appropriate.
• Help individuals build skills for housing, appointments, budgeting, transportation, relationships, and daily living.
• Support individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
• Coordinate care with the PACT team, hospitals, and community providers.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in daily team meetings, shared caseload responsibilities, and on-call/holiday rotations.

(Mobile position in the communities surrounding Bedford, MA)

Salary: $65,000 annually for license-eligible clinicians

Higher rates for licensed & independently licensed Clinicians

Schedule:Schedule: M-F 8:30-4:30 / with one weekend day shift per month

Who You Are:

What You Will Do:

As a PACT Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing recovery oriented, person centered mental health services to adults with serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs. Most services are provided in individuals’ homes and throughout the community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and providing individual and group interventions
• Developing individualized, recovery oriented treatment plans
• Providing crisis intervention, assertive outreach, and support to help prevent hospitalization when clinically appropriate
• Helping individuals build skills and independence with housing, appointments, budgeting, transportation, relationships, and daily living
• Supporting individuals with co occurring mental health and substance use needs
• Coordinating care with the PACT team, hospitals, community providers, and natural supports
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in daily team meetings, shared caseload responsibilities, and on call and holiday coverage rotations
