Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County Incorporated is seeking a full-time Program Director for the PACT program in the Taunton service area. The role leads a self-contained clinical team delivering treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe mental illness, ensuring service excellence and respectful care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, or counseling.
• License or eligibility required.
• 5+ years of behavioral healthcare experience.
• Supervisory and program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the PACT team alongside the team psychiatrist, including assessment and treatment planning.
• Manage daily clinical operations and supervise team members, schedule coordination, and team meetings.
• Oversee client admissions and assessment processes.
• Align team goals with the PACT model using management tools.
• Recruit, interview, and develop staff; plan performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of medical record documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention on-call per policy.
• Motivate clients to meet treatment goals and ensure productivity targets.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation per agency guidelines.
