Job summary

The Edinburg Center, Inc. seeks a PACT Clinician to join a mobile, community-based treatment team serving adults in the Bedford area. You will deliver recovery-oriented, person-centered mental health services in homes and community settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, license eligibility, and strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills; weekend rotation may apply.

  • At least one year of behavioral health experience required; two years preferred.
  • Clinical licensure or license eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual and group interventions.
  • Develop individualized recovery oriented treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention, assertive outreach, and support to help prevent hospitalization when clinically appropriate.
  • Help individuals build skills for housing, appointments, budgeting, transportation, relationships, and daily living.
  • Support individuals with co occurring mental health and substance use needs.
  • Coordinate care with the PACT team, hospitals, community providers, and natural supports.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, shared caseload responsibilities, and on call and holiday coverage rotations.

PACT CLINICIAN
Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

(Mobile position in the communities surrounding Bedford, MA)

Salary

$65,000 annually for license-eligible clinicians

Higher rates for licensed & independently licensed Clinicians

Schedule

M-F 8:30-4:30 / with one weekend day shift per month

Who You Are
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required
  • At least one year of behavioral health experience required; two years preferred
  • Experience working with adults with serious mental illness, co occurring substance use disorders, and/or complex behavioral health needs preferred
  • Community-based experience preferred
  • Clinical licensure or license eligibility preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
What You Will Do

As a PACT Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing recovery oriented, person centered mental health services to adults with serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs. Most services are provided in individuals’ homes and throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities Include
