Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a PACT Team Leader to oversee the Assertive Community Treatment team and supervise clinical staff. The role involves delivering clinical support, participating in treatment planning, crisis support, and various therapy modalities while ensuring fidelity to the ACT model.

The position requires a master’s degree with licensure, leadership experience, and a strong clinical background in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and professional licensure required in related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with adults with chronic and persistent mental illness.
• Leadership and program management experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in evidence-based practices is required.
• Demonstrated clinical judgement and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Windows computer environments, including Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fidelity to the ACT model.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the ACT Program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate program staff.
• Direct and coordinate treatment for all individuals enrolled in services.
• Provide clinical treatment including individual therapy, family therapy, and case management support.
• Provide supervision to program staff to address clinical or performance needs.
• Administer and maintain program budget including billing and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and review quality assurance activities and regulate program services.
