Elwyn is seeking a Team Leader for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) in North Carolina. The role combines clinical supervision with hands-on leadership of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive assessments and community service plans for adults with mental health needs.

As a licensed clinician, you will oversee scheduling, staff development, and adherence to ELWYN PACT standards, while coordinating with the prescriber and ITT to ensure high-quality, accessible care.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in the State of North Carolina as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• 5+ years' work experience with adults with mental health issues, preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in leadership, team lead role.
• Preference will be given to candidates that meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the geographic area.

Aufgaben

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the PACT team, including scheduling staff work hours and leading team meetings.
• Coordinate admission processes and treatment planning with the prescriber and ITT; supervise Comprehensive Assessments and CS Plans.
• Provide housing-first, trauma-informed, person-centered care and supervise staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Provide clinical supervision and field supervision aligned with ELWYN PACT policies; monitor client symptoms and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead enforcement of EHR and billing practices, ensuring compliance with program standards and DMH contracts.
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development; maintain program fidelity to the PACT model.
