Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train production leads and staff on safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee pack-out operations ensuring accurate packing, quality standards, and on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials, crates, and packing supplies with proper inventory controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and QA to resolve discrepancies.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to boost productivity and reduce costs.
