Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a skilled manufacturing supervisor to lead a team of supervisors and staff in a fast-paced production environment. You will develop processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure on-time pack-out and shipments while managing budgets and quality standards.

You will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to resolve shop-floor issues, drive continuous improvement, and enforce safety policies. Strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in manufacturing operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and staff to drive accountability, safety, and improvement.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations, inventory control, and on-time shipments.
• Manage budgets, costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and QA to resolve shop floor issues.
• Enforce quality control standards and continuous improvement across the manufacturing pack-out process.
• Prepare and present regular manufacturing performance reports with key metrics.
• Drive lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed throughout operations.
