Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead pack-out and production teams in Memphis, TN. You will drive lean initiatives, oversee quality and safety, and partner with engineering, IT, and QA to resolve shop-floor issues.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing ops, and a strong track record in data-driven improvements using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving lean projects.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and manage manufacturing supervisors and staff.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Manage packaging materials, inventory, and safety/compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Prepare reports on production output, quality, and efficiency.
