Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a manufacturing partner of SYNNEX Corporation, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and mentor a shop-floor team while driving safety, quality and efficiency. You will develop processes, oversee pack-out operations, and manage inventory with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to resolve issues, apply lean principles, monitor metrics, and report performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with 1–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Oversee all pack-out operations to ensure packaging accuracy, quality, and on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and QA to resolve shop floor and inventory discrepancies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
