The role focuses on leading manufacturing teams, optimizing processes, and driving cost reductions while maintaining quality and safety. Excellent leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CI tooling experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality systems.
• Data-driven with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor manufacturing supervisors and staff in a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations, inventory, and on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and QA.
• Implement lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to reduce costs.
• Prepare reports on production output, quality, and efficiency.
