Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead packaging and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive lean deployment, oversee pack-out, manage budgets, and partner with engineering and supply chain to improve quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidate has a BS in a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and hands-on knowledge of lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record leading and developing manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and staff.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations to ensure correct packing and on-time shipments.
