Hyve Solutions, a leader in data center solutions, seeks a manufacturing leader to oversee pack-out operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets. You will mentor supervisors, optimize processes, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, PM, IT, and QA to ensure quality and on-time shipments.

The role emphasizes lean principles, safety compliance, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations; 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ERP/MRP and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and staff.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations for accurate packing, quality, and on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials, inventory, and safety/compliance across pack-out.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, PM, IT, and QA to resolve issues.
• Implement and enforce quality standards across the manufacturing pack-out process.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and pursue cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to boost productivity.
• Oversee pack-out equipment maintenance and calibration programs.
• Prepare and present regular manufacturing performance reports.
