Opella Consumer Healthcare seeks a Packaging Technician to ensure smooth operation of packaging machinery from tube fillers to bottle fillers and cappers. You will set up, clean, and maintain equipment, supporting production on the 12-hour day shift—Friday to Sunday.

You will follow setup sheets and SOPs, monitor quality to FDA/cGMP standards, and participate in training to build skills. This role involves lifting 25–60 pounds and adhering to safety rules.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing and production, operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment.
• Proficiency with packaging machinery and related tools.
• Ability to lift 25-60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Use tools to efficiently disassemble and reassemble machinery as needed.
• Prepare packaging lines for various products, ensuring components and equipment are set up correctly.
• Provide packaging supplies and bulk products as required to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality and reject any materials or packages not meeting FDA-cGMP standards.
• Document and maintain proper fill levels according to product specifications.
• Operate packaging lines following Set-Up Sheets, SPIs, SOPs and other procedures.
• Ensure a safe work environment, report hazards, and comply with FDA and cGMP requirements.
