Job summary

Opella is seeking a Processing Technician to manufacture bulk blend products in a cGMP environment. You will ensure proper setup, operation, tear-down, cleaning, and adherence to SOPs to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency on the production line.

This 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am) position emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and precise recordkeeping. You must lift 25–60 pounds, operate packaging equipment, and follow FDA/cGMP requirements while supporting Opella's mission

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production with packaging equipment.
• Proficient with packaging machinery and related tools.
• Willing to comply with dress code and training.
• Ability to lift 25–60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines with emphasis on safety, quality and output.
• Learn to run mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and tableting presses to create products.
• Monitor processes and adjust control factors to stay within limits.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete orders efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment well-maintained; follow FDA/cGMP rules.
