Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery including mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area per SOPs and GMPs.
• Record production data and participate in inventory tasks in the reporting system.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE to ensure a safe working environment.
