Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient production lines, perform packaging, boxing, and palletizing duties, and operate packaging equipment.

The role includes line rotations, data entry in the ERP system, and upholding SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience with food manufacturing machinery, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Grade School level; High School Diploma/GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOPs, recipes, etc.
• Must have proficient communications skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate Auto Baggers, Ilapak, and auto baggers.
• Enter production information into TGI (Machine Log) and complete product pathways.
• Meet productivity goals by following the production schedule.
• Participate in line rotation and assist co-workers or clean lines during downtime.
