Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Packaging Supervisor for the 2nd shift to drive packaging results through effective resource management and strong GMP adherence. The role leads a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and reports to the Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience, Lean Six Sigma familiarity, and hands-on experience with SAP/Kronos/Mii, enabling continuous improvement and quality control across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in a production setting.
• Ability to direct and develop a team of 15+ associates.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing CI tools to improve Packaging & OEE performance.
• Prior knowledge of SAP, Kronos, and Mii.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work to meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, safety, and quality.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff; address issues and resolve problems.
• Oversee documentation, reports, and paperwork.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
