Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading a high-speed packaging operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Experience in a CPG or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a large work group of 75+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Review daily packaging operation with the packaging superintendent to align with production schedule and demand.
• Develop and implement plans to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive team climate; conduct performance evaluations and set goals.
• Manage union relationships and coordinate with Human Resources.
