Job summary

Genpak seeks a Packaging Associate to perform final review of finished products and packaging materials, ensuring quality before delivery. The role covers bagging, sealing, labeling, palletizing, and basic equipment operation in a fast-paced production area.

Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and following GMP, SQF, and SWP procedures. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred and safety is a core value.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with repetitive tasks at steady pace.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials to ensure quality.
• Communicate concerns to Quality Auditor, Operator, Lead Operator and/or Supervisor.
• Package products according to specifications, including counting, bagging, sealing and boxing.
• Operate packaging equipment and reset printers; load and stage boxes; fix jams.
• Restock packaging materials and assist with scrap management; follow GMP, SQF and SWP.
