Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Packaging Associate responsible for the final review of finished product and packaging materials, ensuring packaging meets specifications and quality expectations. You will visually inspect, communicate issues, and package products for delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include rework of damaged items, safe operation of packaging equipment, adhering to GMP/SQF-like standards, and supporting Lean initiatives to eliminate waste.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk on concrete floors for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials and communicate concerns to the Quality team.
• Package products according to specifications including counting, bagging, sealing and boxing as required.
• Follow GMP, SWP and safety procedures and participate in Lean/5S initiatives.
