Job summary

Genpak in Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Associate responsible for final review of finished products and packaging materials to ensure quality before delivery to customers. You will package products for multiple lines and operate packaging equipment.

You will follow GMP, SQF, and safety rules, maintain workstation organization, and participate in lean initiatives such as 5S. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
• Willingness to learn lean and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials for quality.
• Package all product types following specification requirements.
• Operate packaging equipment and reset ink jet printers.
• Assist with scrap management and waste recycling.
• Follow GMP, SQF, PPE, SWP, and safety policies.
• Communicate production needs and restock packaging materials.
