Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Packaging Associate to perform final product reviews and to package products for delivery to customers. The role requires careful inspection of finished goods and packaging materials, with communication to supervisors about any concerns.

You will package all product types, apply labels, ensure date codes are correct, and build/stack boxes per pallet layouts. The job emphasizes GMP, SQF awareness, and safe operations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials to ensure quality.
• Communicate concerns to Quality Auditor, Operator, Lead Operator and/or Supervisor.
• Package all product types for all lines in the facility.
• Apply labeling, ensure date coding and information accuracy.
• Operate and adjust packaging equipment and handle minor rework as needed.
• Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and standard work.
