Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Packaging Associate in Carthage, TX to perform final inspection of finished goods and packaging, ensuring quality and proper labeling. You will operate the packing line, seal and palletize products, and manage packaging materials while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Standing/walking on cement floors for shifts.
• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials to ensure quality.
• Package all product types for all lines in the facility.
• Apply labeling and date coding as required.
• Build/stack boxes and palletize according to layout.
• Operate packaging equipment and clear jams as needed.
• Assist in scrap management and reorder packaging materials.
