Job summary

Genpak is hiring a Packaging Associate in Wisconsin to perform final review of finished products and packaging materials. You will package products for delivery, inspect quality, and ensure accurate labeling and date coding. You’ll operate the packaging line, palletize boxes, and participate in scrap recycling and 5S/LEAN initiatives.

The role requires attention to safety, GMP/SQF compliance, and teamwork with a cross-functional group to maintain efficient packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Can visually inspect finished products and packaging materials for quality.
• Communicate concerns to QA Auditor, Operator, Lead, or Supervisor.
• Be cognizant of surroundings and report issues.
• Package product types across lines and ensure correct labeling/date codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and packaging for quality.
• Package finished goods and build/stack boxes per layout.
• Operate packaging equipment and clear jams.
• Restock packaging materials as needed.
• Assist in scrap management and recycling processes.
• Follow GMP, SQF, PPE, and SWP requirements.
