Genpak is seeking a Packaging Associate to perform final review of finished goods and prepare products for shipment. You will inspect, label, and box products, and ensure correct date codes and packaging specs are met. The role requires safe operation of packaging equipment and strict adherence to GMP and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read specifications.
• Willingness to follow GMP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials against specs.
• Package products and label with required date codes.
• Operate packaging equipment and perform minor adjustments as needed.
• Clear jams and perform light rework on damaged items.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and report safety concerns.
