Job summary

Rapid-Packaging seeks a seasoned National Bulk Bag Business Development Manager to drive new business in the New York area. This is a hunter sales role focused on end-of-line packaging solutions and growing a pipeline of opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in packaging. Travel up to 25% is required; company offers base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Interest in packaging, equipment, end-of-line automation.
• Strong hunter mindset with proven sales success.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Leverage selling strategies to identify and acquire new business and build pipeline.
• Develop deep product knowledge and understand customer objectives.
• Identify potential customers via directories, trade shows, directories, online resources and more.
• Maintain a customer database in Rapid’s CRM.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
