Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
• Interest in packaging and end-of-line automation.

• Proven sales track record; hunter mentality.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Technical aptitude; team player with customers.
• MS Office or related software experience.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leverage selling strategies to identify and acquire new business and build a pipeline.
• Develop and maintain understanding of product lines through sources.
• Understand customer's business and align value-based solutions.
• Identify prospective customers via directories, shows, ads, websites, and more.
• Maintain a customer database in Rapid's CRM.
• Meet and exceed assigned targets.
