Job summary

TricorBraun is seeking a sales professional to help customers master complex packaging details from needs assessment to product selection and final changes.

You will collaborate with design teams, uncover client needs, and manage long, consultative sales cycles while traveling overnight as required. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales support or consultative sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience in consultative sales with medium to large businesses involving lengthy sales cycles (3 months to 2 years).
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and your calendar of events.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Uncover customer needs and create custom packaging solutions.
• Lead sales by identifying products, bringing in experts, and coordinating with the design team.
• Engage with customers on final product changes; overnight travel is expected.
