Job summary

RRD is seeking a Packaging Specialist for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) in Saint Charles, MO. Responsibilities include assisting with daily shipping activities, receiving, loading, unloading, and preparing customer samples and finished products for shipment via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers.

Maintain records and ensure compliance with customer specs and SLAs. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and at least 2 years in shipping/manufacturing support.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Able to apply policies, procedures, regulations consistently.
• General knowledge of information systems used for materials tracking and reporting.
• Basic computer literacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive materials, supplies, equipment and finished goods.
• Pack and prepare bills of lading; attach shipping instructions.
• Unload and identify goods against documents; maintain records.
• Support manufacturing areas following standard procedures.
• Maintain files and documentation; keep work area clean and organized.
