Job summary

Pratt Industries, a leader in sustainable corrugated packaging, is seeking high-energy Sales Representatives for the Austell, GA area. You will focus on prospecting, relationship development, and value-based selling with manufacturing, customer service, and quality teams to grow sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining an updated prospect list, qualifying accounts, making initial contacts and sales calls, and exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Outside selling experience or related experience or a college degree.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel as necessary to cover territory.

Responsibilities

• Keep an updated and accurate list of prospects and accounts.
• Analyze and qualify prospective accounts.
• Conduct initial contact and subsequent sales calls to accounts, selling and establishing relationships to produce first-time and repeat business.
• Surpass sales quota commitments for your area of responsibility.
• Create and maintain customer and prospective relationships.
• Manage and close new sales.
• Pricing and value proposal creation.
• Travel as necessary to cover territory and fulfill responsibilities.
• Coordinate with plant management and fellow sales associates.
• Monitor competitive activity in the area.
