Job Juncture is seeking a Packaging Sales Executive in Houston, TX to sell packaging materials, equipment, and services. You will develop and execute account plans, consult with clients to craft custom packaging solutions, and grow a nationwide client base via calls and video meetings.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, extensive pipeline management, and aggressive closing. A bachelor's degree or packaging industry experience is required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred or packaging industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Packaging material sales experience is a MUST HAVE; packaging machinery sales preferred.
• Maintains a professional relationship with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong packaging solutions industry background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell packaging materials, equipment, and contract packaging services to clients locally and nationwide.
• Develop and execute sales account plans; consult with clients to craft packaging solutions.
• Prospect daily via telemarketing, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Build and manage an extensive sales pipeline from lead generation through onboarding.
• Negotiate with vendors and manufacturers; demonstrate consultative selling.
• Respond to leads via video or phone; close sales with urgency and follow-up.
