Job summary

Enhance Recruiting, LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced Packaging Sales Rep to drive growth for a Texas-based leading wholesale packaging distributor. The role combines salary and commission, with opportunities to advance in a professional, results-driven environment.

You will cold-call prospective accounts, build relationships, close opportunities, and maintain margins. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years sales experience are preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential

Qualifications

2 years of experience in sales (packaging distributor / corrugated experience preferred but not required)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Capacity to work independently
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, suppliers, and customers
Self-starter who can take direction and develop positive relationships

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company
Grow sales through cold calling and developing relationships with prospective accounts
Close opportunities and grow the business within customers
Maintain adequate margins on all business
Attend all sales or supplier meetings arranged by the company
