Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred or experience in packaging industry.
• Packaging equipment and materials sales experience highly preferred.
• Maintains professional relationships with customers, vendors and employees.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell packaging materials, equipment and contract packaging services to clients.
• Develop and execute sales account plans locally and nationwide via calls and video meetings.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through onboarding new business.
• Demonstrate consultative selling focused on customer business needs.
• Maintain urgency in addressing inquiries and closing sales.
• Prospect daily via telemarketing, networking, and digital marketing.
