NPAworldwide in El Paso, TX seeks a Packaging Sales Executive to sell packaging materials, equipment, and services to clients locally and nationwide. You will develop account plans, manage a large pipeline, and pursue new business through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Packaging material sales experience is a MUST HAVE.
• Packaging machinery sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and able to travel to Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Sell packaging materials, equipment, and contract packaging services to clients nationwide.
• Develop and execute sales account plans with customers locally and nationwide.
• Cultivate new customers via prospecting, telemarketing, networking and digital marketing.
• Manage a large sales pipeline from lead generation through onboarding of new business.
• Demonstrate consultative selling focused on customer needs and timely follow-up.
